I don't want to renew, how can I cancel my domain and my additional services?

If you have decided to cancel your domain or your other services, you will just need to avoid renewing and registration will be automatically cancelled. In the case you selected AUTOMATIC RENEWAL, you will just need to set up MANUAL RENEWAL from your Control Panel within the established deadline. Please remember that in this case you will also lose the service connected to your disk space and all the files or folders you have had on it, besides your mailboxes.

I haven't received my order related invoice, why?

Invoices are sent via email before the end of the month of the order submission and published in pdf format in the control panel. If you submitted your order in the ongoing month, you just need to wait the end of the month to receive your invoice. Otherwise, you can find a copy of it in the ‘invoice’ section of your control panel.

What are the available payment options for renewing?

If you decide to renew from your control panel, besides the credit card option, you can also use the money transfer payment method.
Otherwise, if you decide to renew over the phone or directly from the site, you can use one of these options: credit card, Poste Pay pre paid card, Pay Pal, Carta Facile. All payments are processed on a secure server through an SSL connection to the bank that always guarantees reliability and safeness. We remind you that you can renew by money transfer only if your domains or services have not yet expired.

How can I renew?

To renew a domain or a service, you can use one of the following options:
1)Directly from control panel, by accessing the ‘renewals’ page and by following the automatic procedure.
2)By filling out the form to renew over the phone. You will be contacted to renew on the phone.
