Is it possible to install objects, libraries and personalised dll?
No, it is not possible to install any additional products.
What object is available on the server for sending emails?
You can use AspSmartMail as inidcated in the 'Hosting Management' section at the 'Techincal Information' link.
Is my space security guaranteed?
Register.it's windows hosting is managed through a complex structure made of front end and back servers. This guarantees, unlike stand alone servers, redundancy, a better security managament and scalability.
How can I activate the script permissions for the access database?
You can activate permissions from the File Manager that you will find in the ‘Hosting Management’ section by using the ‘Permission’ icon that you will find next to every file or folder. It is recommended to insert the database in a subfolder and then to activate the Full Access permissions (reading, writing and change) for the whole subfolder.
How can I activate the script permissions?
To activate the script permissions you just need to access your control panel, hosting management and then click the 'Permissions' icon next to the file you want to manage.
Can I protect a folder or a file with a password?
Yes, you can, directly from your control panel. Select hosting management and click on the permission icon in File Manager, next to the file you want to manage (by setting up permission on none). Access will occur with one of the FTP users already configured.
